Presenting Your Products : Review
Review:
Have an online business selling physical products that doesn’t seem quite up to par? I did and I just couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I was losing customers right and left and didn’t get it. Then I was told about Presenting Your Products. What a difference just a few changes made.
I had pictures of many of my products on my website. To me they looked ok or so I thought. After investigating this part of the guide I went back and looked at those picture. Yuck! No wonder my visitors weren’t buying. I followed the information given to me to help show my products better in my photographs and things started to change pretty quick. Better presentation equaled better sales.
Labeling my products wasn’t all that difficult. I pretty much knew what I needed when it came to labeling. After checking this out though I realized that by just changing a few words around or using a different way of putting it I had a better chance of keeping my customers. They wanted precise information not a bunch of meaningless words. Now I have customers who believe in my product and keep coming back for more.
Shipping was the hardest part of my venture. I didn’t have a clue what form of shipping to use or which one would even be the best one. I had heard of them all but trying to decide which way to go was not a fun experience. The ideas set out in Presenting Your Products gave me insight on shipping and how to determine which was the best option for my situation. I no longer fret over which way I should go or whom I should believe in to do the best job. The product, the customer and my business are the factors that determine my shipping needs.
This has helped make my online business much easier for me to run. I have learned quite a bit from this guide and the resources included. Making money is the bottom line, but getting the help I needed to make that money is something I will always be thankful for.
